Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING
Please allow for up to 3 days to process your order. Expect an email within 24 hours to let you know your order is on the way! If a product is listed as a drop ship item but not currently in stock deliveries typically take 2-3 months but can be as long as 4 months in some cases.

STORE PICKUP
Orders can be picked up by appointment only. Except a phone call from us within 2 business days of your order.

During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to shipping" button. Local pickup is available for addresses within 80 miles of our shop. If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery. When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.

REFUNDS & RETURNS

CANCELLATION
If an order is canceled before shipment then a full refund will be issued. If the ordered is canceled after shipment then it is considered a return (see above).
